隐私政策

emu98 不创建账号、不展示广告、不使用分析 SDK、不进行跨 App 或网站追踪，也不把 ROM、磁盘、存档、封面、设置或使用记录发送给开发者或第三方服务。模拟、软件管理和用户导入内容处理均在本机完成。App 不提供网络上传、下载或在线内容服务。

网络与用户内容

App 内没有资源站、在线软件目录、内容下载、社交、评论、发布或 UGC 功能，也不接收用户导入的运行文件。用户自行编写、编译或合法持有的文件通过系统选择器在本机导入。App 内的外部链接仅在用户主动点击后由系统浏览器打开。本网站只展示应用说明、两款内置演示的公开索引和隐私政策，不托管可下载的运行文件。

购买校验

仅当用户购买、恢复购买或刷新购买权益时，App 会连接 Apple App Store 和 emu98 购买校验服务器，传输 Apple 签名的交易与 App 凭据，用于确认商品、购买环境及退款或撤销状态。校验服务器不接收用户导入内容，不创建用户画像，也不把完整交易凭据写入应用日志。Apple 与购买校验服务仅为上述购买验证目的处理这些信息，并按照各自的隐私规则及适用要求提供保护。

本地处理的数据

你主动选择并导入的磁盘镜像、ROM、字体、ZIP、预览图，以及软件库索引、设置、运行时长和快速存档，只在设备和 emu98 App 容器内处理。系统选择器只向 emu98 提供你选择的文件或照片。

为支持离线权益和退款复查，App 会在本机缓存 Apple 签名的交易信息。该缓存保存在 App 容器内，在购买被撤销或卸载 App 时删除。

保留与删除

数据会保留在本设备上，直到你删除对应软件或 ROM，或卸载 App。删除软件会同时删除其介质、专用字体、快速存档和软件库记录。系统备份设置决定 iCloud 或设备备份是否包含这些文件。

对于购买校验服务器：交易凭证仅在购买验证期间处理，不持久化保存完整凭证；如需提出隐私或删除请求，请联系我们。

Privacy Policy

emu98 creates no accounts, displays no ads, uses no analytics SDK, and performs no tracking across apps or websites. It does not send ROMs, disks, save states, artwork, settings, or usage records to the developer or third-party services. Emulation, software management, and imported-content processing occur locally. The app provides no network upload, download, or online content service.

Network and User Content

The app has no resource catalog, online software directory, content downloads, social features, comments, publishing, or UGC, and it does not receive user-imported programs. Files users wrote, compiled, or are legally authorized to use are imported locally through system pickers. External links open in the system browser only when the user chooses them. This website contains only app information, an index of the two bundled demos, and the privacy policy; it hosts no downloadable program files.

Purchase Verification

Only when a user purchases, restores a purchase, or refreshes an entitlement does the app contact Apple App Store and the emu98 purchase-verification server. It transmits Apple-signed transaction and app credentials to confirm the product, environment, and refund or revocation state. The verifier receives no user-imported content, creates no user profile, and does not write complete transaction credentials to application logs. Apple and the purchase-verification service process this information only for the purposes described above and protect it under their respective privacy rules and applicable requirements.

Data Processed Locally

Disk images, ROMs, fonts, ZIP archives, artwork, the software library index, settings, runtime, and quick saves are processed only on the device and inside the emu98 app container. System pickers provide emu98 only with files or photos you select.

To support offline entitlements and refund rechecks, the app caches Apple-signed transaction information locally. This cache remains inside the app container and is deleted when the purchase is revoked or the app is uninstalled.

Retention and Deletion

Data remains on the device until you delete the corresponding software or ROM, or uninstall the app. Deleting software also deletes its media, custom font, quick saves, and library record. System backup settings determine whether device or iCloud backups contain these files.

For the purchase-verification server, transaction credentials are processed only during purchase verification and complete credentials are not stored persistently. To make a privacy or deletion request, contact us.

ネットワークとユーザーコンテンツ

Appには、配布サイト、オンラインソフトウェア一覧、コンテンツのダウンロード、ソーシャル機能、コメント、投稿、UGC機能はありません。また、ユーザーが読み込んだ実行ファイルを受信しません。ユーザーが作成、コンパイル、または正当に所有するファイルは、システムのファイル選択画面を通じて端末内に読み込まれます。外部リンクはユーザーが選択した場合にのみシステムブラウザで開きます。このウェブサイトは、アプリの説明、2本の内蔵デモの公開一覧、プライバシーポリシーのみを掲載し、ダウンロード可能な実行ファイルを配布しません。

購入の確認

購入、購入の復元、または利用権の更新時に限り、AppはApple App Storeおよびemu98購入確認サーバーへ接続します。Appleが署名した取引情報とApp情報を送信し、商品、購入環境、返金または取消状態を確認します。確認サーバーはユーザーが読み込んだコンテンツを受信せず、ユーザープロフィールを作成せず、完全な取引情報をアプリケーションログに保存しません。Appleと購入確認サービスは上記の目的に限ってこれらの情報を処理し、それぞれのプライバシールールおよび適用要件に従って保護します。

端末内で処理するデータ

ユーザーが選択したディスクイメージ、ROM、フォント、ZIP、プレビュー画像、ソフトウェア一覧、設定、実行時間、クイックセーブは、端末とemu98のAppコンテナ内でのみ処理されます。システムの選択画面からemu98へ渡されるのは、ユーザーが選んだファイルまたは写真だけです。

オフラインでの利用権確認と返金状態の再確認のため、AppはApple署名済みの取引情報を端末内にキャッシュします。このキャッシュはAppコンテナ内に保存され、購入の取消時またはAppのアンインストール時に削除されます。

保存と削除

データは、対応するソフトウェアやROMを削除するか、Appをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存されます。ソフトウェアを削除すると、そのメディア、専用フォント、クイックセーブ、ソフトウェア一覧の記録も削除されます。これらのファイルがiCloudまたは端末のバックアップに含まれるかどうかは、システムのバックアップ設定によって決まります。

購入確認サーバーでは、取引認証情報は購入確認中に限って処理され、完全な認証情報が永続的に保存されることはありません。プライバシーまたは削除のご依頼はお問い合わせください。
